How your prints or media are delivered are just as important to me as the images I take. I have done my best to ensure that delivery charges are reasonable - I do not use them as a way of adding additional costs to your order. The sad fact is is that shipping is expensive once you factor in the cost of effective packaging to make sure your images arrive in pristine order!
Packaging
- I use as much recycled paper and cardboard as possible
- I use packaging that in turn can be recycled quite easily
- The only bit that is not environmentally friendly is the plastic that I wrap your images in. I have tried tissue paper but that doesn't really work - it's far too easy for finger prints to leave their mark
- I take great care in ensuring that your prints are protected during shipping
Delivery Charges
I use Royal Mail for normal sized packages and Parcelforce for the bigger ones (mounted 18x12 and up.)

How quickly is my order dispatched?
Digital files: these are available directly after you have paid for your order.
Prints: these are printed fresh and are not from stock. I aim to dispatch unmounted prints within 5 working days.
Returns
Your statutory right is that you can return anything your purchase online within 14 days of purchase. If your item arrives damaged in any way, I will replace it no questions asked.
