It has guided my photography. It shapes my passion for light. It is such hard work that it becomes zen-like. Meditation. It's a selfish art. Total and utter focus. It is my escape.
These images come from the places I return to again and again: the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Skye and Glen Coe, the Lake District and the Yorkshire coast, and the woods and downs near home in Berkshire. Some of them have taken years to make. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have in creating them.
