Kinlochleven sits at the head of Loch Leven, a short drive from Glen Coe. I was there in February 2016, on a trip gatecrashed by three storms, Jonas, Gertrude and Henry. I pootled around at a steady photographer's twenty to thirty miles an hour with a list of places to look at and no plan of when. Excessive weather does that. Plans become irrelevant.

So what if it is hailing so hard it hurts, or the wind is storm force? Get out there and create.
